TEN YEAR  PRO-RATED LIMITED WARRANTY

 Zees Holdings, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.  Zees Holdings, LLC will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion,  without cost to you (other than shipping and handling costs), should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship, materials or structural defects during the first  year of warranty, subject to specific limitations contained in this limited warranty.  The next nine (9) year period under this warranty is the pro-rated portion and is detailed in the Reference Guide accompanying the Zees product and this document.  Zees does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized modification, accident, misuse or abuse.  If the product is returned without a dated sales receipt or other dated,  acceptable proof of purchase, the product may be excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Exclusive Remedy/Other Limitations on Limited Warranty

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ON THE PART OF ZEES FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGE, CLAIM, OR LOSS NOT EXPRESSLY COVERED BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE REIMBURSEMENT FOR INCONVENIENCE, REMOVAL, INSTALLATION, SETUP TIME, LOSS OF USE, SHIPPING, OR ANY OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES.  ZEES MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED BY ZEES AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to every purchaser.  This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

TERMS AND SERVICES RELATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER PURCHASERS’ SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHOULD THE PRODUCT FAIL DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD STATED HEREIN.  ZEES MAKES NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN.  PLEASE RETAIN THIS WARRANTY AND ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR AT LEAST Ten (10) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
